Young Arab Voices [YAV] WEEK UK 2015

In partnership with the British Council, we are organising a dialogue event between young British students and Young Arabs from Jordan, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco, in the framework of Young Arab Voices [YAV] WEEK UK 2015.

‘Young Arab Voices’ is a regional project, jointly launched by the British Council and the Anna Lindh Foundation, which aims at developing skills and opportunities for youth-led debate across the Arab region. The Young Arab Voices regional programme, since its launch in 2011, has aimed to provide opportunities, tools, and capacity building for the involvement of youth in running and managing effective debates for the purpose of enriching the pluralistic democratic dialogue existing in the Arab world.

The activities of the YAV Week UK include a rich and comprehensive programme, ranging from seminars, workshops, and dialogue events, giving the opportunity to UK and Arab debaters to meet and exchange ideas among themselves and with policy makers and think-tank experts.
