Positive Dialogue Skills Programme in Gaza
In partnership with the British Council, BAX designed and delivered an innovative programme of workshops held in the six universities of Gaza.
The workshops covered a range of practical skills needed in creative conversations, with themes that include Dealing with impossible people, Managing emotion to become more powerful and Negotiating for a win/win outcome. There was an opportunity for some of the student participants to practise dialogue skills in videoconference discussion with British students in the UK.
